1. Agreement to Terms

By using the services of Brickhaven Dover Concrete or accessing our website at www.doverconcreteconstruction.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or website. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Services Provided

Brickhaven Dover Concrete provides professional concrete construction, repair, and maintenance services for residential and commercial properties. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Concrete driveways, patios, and walkways
  • Foundation and slab work
  • Decorative and stamped concrete
  • Concrete repair and replacement
  • Commercial concrete services
  • Concrete leveling and lifting

All services are subject to availability and scheduling. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

3. Estimates and Pricing

Estimates provided by Brickhaven Dover Concrete are good faith approximations based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may vary if site conditions differ from initial assessments or if project scope changes. All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Payment terms and schedules will be outlined in your project contract. We require a deposit before beginning work, with the balance due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Project Timelines

We strive to complete all projects within the estimated timeframe. However, timelines may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, permit delays, or unforeseen site issues. We will communicate any delays promptly and work to minimize disruption to your schedule. Brickhaven Dover Concrete is not liable for damages or losses resulting from project delays beyond our reasonable control.

5. Customer Responsibilities

As the customer, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about the project site and any known issues
  • Ensure access to the work area and utilities as needed
  • Obtain any necessary permits or approvals required by local authorities
  • Keep pets and children away from the work area for safety
  • Make timely payments according to the agreed schedule
  • Notify us immediately if you have concerns about the work in progress

6. Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work. Brickhaven Dover Concrete provides a workmanship warranty on all completed projects. The specific terms and duration of the warranty will be outlined in your project contract. This warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover damage caused by improper maintenance, extreme weather events, soil settling, or misuse. Normal wear and tear is expected over time and is not covered under warranty.

7. Limitation of Liability

Brickhaven Dover Concrete carries full liability insurance to protect our customers and our team. However, our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. This includes but is not limited to loss of use, loss of profits, or damage to property not directly caused by our negligence or breach of contract.

8. Changes and Cancellations

If you need to make changes to your project after work has begun, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes may affect the timeline and cost of the project. Cancellations made after a deposit has been paid may result in forfeiture of the deposit to cover materials purchased and scheduling commitments. We will work with you to find a fair resolution in the event of cancellation.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Brickhaven Dover Concrete or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission. This does not apply to general information about concrete care and maintenance, which you are free to share.

10. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises regarding our services, we encourage you to contact us directly to resolve the issue. Most concerns can be addressed through open communication. If a resolution cannot be reached, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action. Any legal disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire and resolved in the courts of Strafford County.
